For guests traveling from high-risk areas listed according to updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we will allow your hotel reservation to be rescheduled up to three times, within a period of one year from the date the reservation was made.
Cancellations: mid and low season, the hotel reservation can be canceled without any penalty, with up to 14 days before the arrival date, with less than 14 days one night will be charged; No show, one night will be charged. High season may cancel without penalty up to 30 days before the arrival date, with less than 30 days one night will be charged; No show will be charged 100% of the reservation.
The amount of one night will be charged as a deposit. If you request a refund and your reserved rate applies, please consider that due to the current situation it can be processed in 45 days or more. We will address each request in the order in which they are received.
